2. Hoarding Houses Or Areas containing animals and human body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages, Urine or excretions.

UNREACHABLE AREAS AND HEAVY ITEMS

For safety and liability reasons, we will not climb higher than a step stoll or work outside your home. We will not move objects more than 35 pounds. If you would like cleaning behind heavy object, please move prior to cleaning.

BREAKAGE/DAMAGE AND LOSS POLICY

This occurence is rare, the possiblity of breakage or damage is present while we clean, our cleaner excercise reasonable...breakage cause by our cleaners

RESCHEDULLING AND CANCELLATIONS
